
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) for General Safety Supervisor
This 30-hour comprehensive OHS course equips participants with essential knowledge and practical skills to ensure workplace safety and compliance. It is structured into three key modules:
Module 1: Fundamentals of OHS and Legal Framework (3 hours) – Covers core OHS principles, regulatory requirements, workers' compensation, and the roles of Safety Supervisors.
Module 2: Safety at Workplace (18 hours) – Focuses on workplace hazards, risk assessment, PPE usage, accident investigation, and emergency preparedness, including Kiken Yochi Training (KYT) for hazard prediction.
Module 3: Safety Supervision & Management (6 hours) – Explores the development and implementation of OHS Management Systems (OHSMS), safety leadership, compliance strategies, and effective safety communication.
Additionally, Field Visits (3 hours) allow participants to observe real-world safety practices, reinforcing their learning.
This course provides participants with essential knowledge and practical skills to ensure workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Through a structured curriculum, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of OHS legislation, workplace hazards, safety management systems, and leadership in safety practices.

Additionally, a Field Visit component allows participants to observe real-world safety measures in action.
